European $620 Cancer Vaccine Finds USA Funding with Mentor Capital |

San Diego, CA--November 28, 2011--Mentor Capital, Inc. (OTC Markets: MNTR) announced that has purchased a 30%
ownership in AGI Biopharmaceuticals, Ltd. a European firm that has developed a patented, economic, melanoma vaccine
with future multi-cancer application. Since 1995, six human trials have been conducted. Mentor Capital will provide
$4.71 Million to support final trials leading to commercialization. AGI reports that three large pharmaceutical
firms have contacted them with a view toward acquiring their patent and intellectual property rights. Similarly,
Mentor was contacted to arrange for a USA license even before its own contract close.
“This great interest is because for over seven years 128 patients have continued to survive with abated melanoma.
They raise children and can live relatively normal lives by receiving a monthly shot at their local doctor’s office
that costs about $620,” comments Mentor Capital CEO, Chester Billingsley. “This $620 current price point for a
normally mass produced vaccine is so superior to the $60,000 price tag for an individually produced cancer
immunotherapy vaccine that I immediately made AGI a Mentor Capital priority.”
“The horror of melanoma is that it raises black boils on the skin and internally leading to almost certain death.
With an effective vaccine the boils recede like terrible acne after antibiotics,” explains Billingsley. “It’s an
amazing feeling for my family and our other warrant holders to know that each $620 extends the life of one very
appreciative human for one more smiling month.”
The challenge of cancer immunotherapy is finding keys that fit the mutated cancer locks so the human immune system
can attach and attack the cancer cells. AGI reports their molecular key fits in approximately 30% of the melanoma
cases. Mentor Capital will continue to seek to find and fund the remaining cancer keys. A sample of a pro forma
Direct Cancer Equity Contract, similar to the contract with AGI, along with additional relevant information, is
presented at www.MentorCapital.com.
